Power is expected to come from the boxer six-cylinder, which makes 530 hp in the current car. The addition of direct injection should boost that output to the 550-hp range and improve fuel economy.

There's no missing the wing on the back of this prototype of the Porsche 911 GT2.
One facet of the GT2 is that Porsche's engineers throw a bunch of weight overboard--there's no all-wheel drive and the interior is stripped down. Also, a six-speed manual is the only transmission.
